This is beautiful antique oil painting! The colors on this piece as so vibrant and appealing! Lots of green and blue and terracotta hues that pair with the stone work excellently. The artist did an excellent job portraying the light reflecting off of the buildings, and bringing all of the attention to the fountain as the focal point in the center of the courtyard. Such a stunning piece would make a great addition to any room!

Mid-20th century enamel on copper artwork. American-made and circa 1960s. A somewhat symbolist presence in mediation or prayer, presented in the classical form of Icons. In the original period frame, a wide and simple pine is now oxidized to a deep amber tone. Unsigned to the image. The back is mounted to a pine stretcher and framed in a deep profile frame. The measurements are 9.75″ by 13.5″ the enamel is 4″ by 7.5″. Very good condition.

William James Muller was active from (1812 to 1845) in, England. The artist was a very popular and productive painter working in the landscape and orientalist genre. The watercolor interior painting in watercolor is beautifully constructed and holds the emotional weight of the smallest of the children by the window. The visual candle in the night symbolized. Beautifully framed and matted in French style with multiple coach lines and accent borders. The measurements are 11.25″ wide and 13″ tall. The window size is 4.5″ by 6.25″.
